This page is currently under development - there are several more web sites to be listed soon......

Castle Clinic, Knaresborough

A revised web site for this local therapy practice, setting out the range of therapies they offer and showing an individual page for each of the therapists who work there.

Unusual therapies pointed to the need for a site with more images and layout flexibility than is usual.

The site is still under development but visually works very well, so far. We are working together to build up the volume of site visitors and hence new clients.

The U K Guild of Hypnotist Examiners

This leading hypnotherapy organisation had an old web site that was really an unloved orphan and which did not bring in the volume of visitors that was its potential.
The new, cleaner web site design addresses a lot of issues and is still under development as more content is being added, mainly to attract more search engine traffic.
The site now contains a full listing of practitioners including all the necessary contact details and is already generating more business for the Guild's members. The site is now managed by my client.

Therapy Courses in UK

A new site created for this client had one over-riding aim: to generate as much business as possible from those who are interested in training courses leading to a qualification in a leading therapy.
Is is choc-full of advice and ideas, links and visual devices to keep visitors looking through the pages. The main focus, however, was in attracting search engines - primarily Google.
Successful? In the first month it exceeded its target by a long way and has continued growing since then.

Yorkshire Cleaning

A local organisation who offer a range of commercial, industrial and domestic cleaning services. Their first web site sets out their range of services- in words and images.

The site paid for itself very quickly, attracting new business and we are now building a second web site, focused on their specialist fire and flood recovery services.

The Men's Forum (at Boston Spa)

The Boston Spa retired men's group meets on Wednesday's in the village and has a very successful series of illustrated talks from visiting speakers. They wanted a small web site to help attract new members and change the image of the organisation.

The site was launched in 2 days and shows the year's programme of talks. If you live nearby, you are welcome to join! Details are on the web site:See: www.themensforum.co.uk/

Collingham Flood Committee

After the disastrous flooding of June 2007. the local clouncil set up a flood committee to coordinate activities aimed at preventing a recurrance of the disaster (over 80 households were seriously flooded and some were still not back in their homes after 6 months).

The site was created and the wording drawn from reports. A list of useful web site links was added to help local residents. See: www.collinghamfloods.org.uk

Margaret Hunt - therapist from Oxford

A web site for a clear thinking complementary therapist. Margaret knew exactly what she wanted in terms of site design and content. It all went ahead very quickly and the final result reads really well.

I wish all clients were as straighforawrd - but then, part of the fun of working with people on their first web site is in taking them step-by-step through the design process and navigation structure and then coaxing the words from them.
